I have been passionate about fitness since starting in the industry 6 years ago in Ireland.  As a strength and conditioning coach I really enjoy helping people feel better about themselves and believe that the best way to improve someone's fitness is through exercise, diet and small sustainable lifestyle changes. At JD Functional Fitness our motto is “Move better, feel better” and I approach all of my clients and classes with the aim of improving functional movement and balance throughout the body. Nutrition is also hugely important to me when it comes to getting people results and my knowledge as a qualified sports nutritionist helps me guide individuals to seeing faster more sustainable results.  Apart from coaching, teaching Pilates classes and running a small business I prioritise my health and wellbeing and practice what I preach.  I love all exercise and my own schedule throughout the week consists of weight training, Yoga, Pilates, running and meditation.
